    V-8 with volvo 275 (cooling problem)

    does the out drive have an impeller in it . my engine has the pump on the front of the harmonic balancer, but its not pulling the water thru my lower unit with my ear muffs on. water will run from the hose up front out the lower unit. besides the impellar what else do i check. I need some help...
