    88 mariner 175 torque blade??

    i have a 1988 mariner 175 and my buddy said i am missing a torque blade?? i think thats what he said but i cant remember but it is the small blade above the prop that fins down and helps out on steering so you dont have to fight it so much...what is the exact term for this part if anyone knows...
