    1973 65hp evinrude cooling question

    Thermostat tested out fine. pump is pushing water to the thermostat housing, water can be sprayed in the water exhaust spouts and exit the bottom, but when the motor is running the water spouts only drip slightly, instead of a stream? Any ideas?
