I am attempting to replace the u joints and bellow, and gimbal bearing on my 1986 sylvan 3.0 omc.. I removed the six nuts and the lift rams and the housing slides apart about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch and then seems to get tight. I even took the hose clamp loose on the upper bellow thinking that...
