no power on the go lots of power when the motor is cold but as soon as it warms up it wont rev it has very hard time achieving plane. it a 60 hp 1988 evinrude. has excellent comp motor was rebuilt less than 40 hours on the motor. but even before motor was rebuilt it ran like that . replaced...
