Have a 1996 40HP Mercury that's getting no spark from any plugs. Removed the plastic casing over the switchbox and found a red wire from the voltage regulator to the solenoid had grounded out. Reconnected the wire (see attached picture - repaired wire has blue splicing). Still getting no...
