    Gluvit or not

    I filled my hull to just above what should be the water line, and let it sit for about 4 hours. To my surprise I didn't have a single leak. My question is. Is Gluvit a future leak preventative, or just an existing leak stopper? Is there any need to Gluvit a hull that doesn't leak?

    I'm just about to the point to Gluvet the inside of my Starcraft hull. Since its below the floor, I know it's not necessary to paint it, but I'm wondering if an extra layer of primer and paint would be added insurance against leaks, or would it just be a pain to deal with for future leaks.
