    1st time fiberglasser. help!!!

    i have a 72 tri-hull i am rebuilding. i have cleaned out everything in the boat and grinded the hull. my question is, is it ok to use treated lumber for the stringers and transom? i plan on covering all of it with 2 layers of 17/08 after i have it glued in. thanks

    Help with glass

    I found a place in washington to purchase 5 gal of poly resin for $127. This company mainley deal with surf boards but they say the resin i am looking at is for boats also. Is this a good price? Where is some other places to purchase resin? I will need about 10 to 15 gal.

    What glass?

    I have a 16' 1972 tri-hull and have removed the cap, built a new transom, and put in new stringers. I am now ready to start glassing everything together. My questions are. What is the best glass to use epoxy, polyester or other? How much will i need? Where can i purchase the amount i will need?

    72 tri hull question

    I have my new transome ready to go in but i am wondering? The old transome was 1 1/2 inch thick, i have taken 3/4 inch plywood and put 2 of them together. Can i use pl construction adhesive to glue them together and to glue them to the inside of the boat? I plan on glassing the inside and the top
