I have a 1996 Johnson 150 that is not coming out of the hole like it should. It just started this the last time I took it out. It takes way too long for it to get on plane. I noticed it running about 3-5 mph slower when it was at full throttle. Also, I had a HotFoot installed and it worked fine...
