    Fuel in Pulse line?

    Still diagnosing bogging trouble w/ Force 85hp outboard. I disconnected the pulse line where it joins the engine block & then pumped the primer bulb and fuel spurts out the pulse line - this would seem like an obvious sign that the diaphragm is ripped leaking. Would that be correct? Thanks...
