    10 hrs breakin over but still boggy

    motor still boggy and no pep after double oil 10 hr break in, I mixed 43.2 oz. oil to16 gal. gas, 2.7 oz per gal. is that right for 50 to 1 ratio? 1977 115 evinrude.

    Gauge or Pee stream or both

    Which is better for a 1977 115 evinrude a water pressure gauge or a pee stream drilled at the boss of the no. one cyl.? would a gauge allow burping out air pockets or could I do both? would a 30psi gauge work or do I need a 60 psi ? also need to retorque heads what are the specs?
