My Johnson 48 tilt cylinder lost pressure over the winter. I'm assuming there's a certain amount of pressure in the unit to allow it to assist you effortlessly. How do you re-pressurize unit to assist in trim. Apparently i need to rebuild cylinder to keep it from leaking pressure again...
