    i got this motor from my neighbor. i think it is a 1965. 6hp fisherman it looks to be in good condition he acted like i should have no trouble getting it going but wanted to check the fuel ratio. any info is appreciated!

    does anyone know if it is possible to shorten throttle and choke cables? my cables were cut and i didnt know if i could replace the ends.
