    Help new boat can't get to recommended WOT

    just bought a used 2007 monterey 194fs it was down in a town that was 4000ft above sea level brought it up to 7000ft and when i put it on the lake it would only get to 3200rpm WOT!! top speed was 35mph. it has the 5.0gxi (270HP) and the prop is a 14.3x21. is this strictly a prop issue or motor...

    rinker or monterey?

    05 rinker 192 captivated or 07 Monterey 194fs? Both have vpn 5.0gxi rinker has 125hrs and Monterey has 25 otherwise similar features but only about $1500 difference!

    2007 Monterey 194FS with 75 hrs its listed for $18,995 at a dealer. what is a good offer on this boat that is fair? what do i need to check out and is monterey a good boat! it has the VP5.0gxi with sx wanna make offer in next day or two any help would be appreciated

    first time boat buyer

    gonna buy used boat. have looked at rinker and reinell and searay. Are these better than most? have found 2005 reinell 205 for $16,500 gonna look at it tomorrow what should i look for and listen for during test drive. and what is a fair price? thanks for insight!
