Hi everyone, I am new to this forum, but thought I would jump in and ask if anyone can help me.
I have a 1999 115 Merc.
The last two times when coming back to dock at idle, the motor would not trim up.
It would begin to come up maybe an inch or so, but when I let go of the switch, it came back...
