I have a '97 hydra-sport w/ evenrude v6 150 ocean pro. it has an OMC throttle lever. Lever will put motor into gear but it just idles. Throttle was realy stiff befor then completely loose and no power up. their is no action at motor when throttle lever is moved. do i need to replace lever...
