    There is only one grease fitting and I have always put plenty of grease in there, there is a pivot point at the top and bottom of the engine where it pivots. I think that is where it is frozen

    Took the Suzuki 70 out of the back yard, runs great but the engine wont turn appears to be frozen. Disconnected the steering cable and it is perfect. How do I free up the engine so it will steer, Thanks

    Coolant Disappearing, need help

    If the coolant was leaking someplace which it is, wouldn't the coolant in the resivore be going someplace, when I pump up the pressure ? But although the pressure wont hold, the level of coolant in the bottle doesnt go down ! Very strange

    Ok I am loosing pressure, but how do I find out where it is going ? This is a low hour engine that has always run like a charm. Oil is perfectly clear, runs smooth as a baby's butt ?? What do you think ? Thanks

    The fumy part is I can run the thing for half an hour and do not loose any coolant, but when I come back the next day coolant jug is almost empty !!

    Mercruiser 8.2, engine runs great but when I check the following morning coolant jug almost empty, refill and same thing happens after running and sitting overnight. no leakes I can find anyplace. The coolant is going someplace ?? Any ideas ?

    Engine stopped charging, any ideas ??

    twin 7.4 big blocks Merc. port engine charges fine 14.5 volts to battery, starboard alternator putting out 14.4 volts but it doesn't get to the battery which just shows the standard 12 volts. Dash gauge also shows 0 volts charging. Any ideas ?? Thanks for your help

    4 or three, here is what I do !

    25 ft wellcraft, 350 merc IO we go out fishing 25 miles, speed not a real issue. No hole shots or water sking. Boat never overloaded. 3 or 4 blade ? thanks

    Cant trim drive up, easy question I think !!
