I had Johnson 1970 85hp hydo/elec. shift, last year before I put the motor up for the winter it's was running fine. Last week when I tried to get it ready for the summer, hooked up the fully charged battery, new gas and I'm ready to go, turned on the key to start...nothing...yes, nothing move...
