    prop size for vmax 250

    I have a 1999 triton tr21, I recently put a 2003 vmax hpdi 250 on it. The motor did not come with a prop so I need some suggestions. I only fish out of the boat, no skiing. What would be a good all around prop?

    I am looking at buying a 2003 ox66 250 and was wondering if they have the same issues as the hpdi's of the same year, or if they have any other issues?

    2001 225 optimax

    I am looking for a replacement engine in the $6500 range. I have found a 2001 225 optimax in this range. I know there were issues with this motor, should I stay away from this motor? I also found a couple of evinrudes the same year and price. Any advice which route to go?
