    1976 cobalt-teak oil on the fiberglass? looks great?

    this is probably a dumb question but I was sanding and teaking my steps on back of my boat this weekend and some of the oil got on the fiberglass. 24 hours later it's still shiny, made the area look like new. What if I wiped the whole boat down in teak oil? does it ever dry? would the sun/water...

    1976 cobalt, 188hp sterndrive-replacing anodes?

    I need to replace the "button" anodes on my outdrive. They apparently secure the bottom of the outdrive where it's flush against the transom. I've ordered the new anodes. Can I remove one at a time, probably with some vice grips and replace with new without affecting the alignment of my drive?

    ? about painting my outdrive

    I've got a Mercruiser sterndrive. Lower unit needs re-painting. I know about starting with Alumaprep, then Alodine... my question is after that am I ok to use a spray can of Quick Silver Mercruiser phantom black spray paint? Will it stay on? Thanks.
