I am looking for the capacity rating of a 1994 Blufin 1750 fish and ski with a 4 cyl mercury inboard/outboard. I tried to contact a gentleman by the name of Richard Blackman with the USCG and was told that the e-mail address I used was not any good. Can anyone recommend what ti do.
