    98 OX66 225 Primer bulb does not get hard floods motor very hard to start. if I do not pump the primer bulb engine starts easy but still runs rough at low RPM motor runs rough at idle and low rpm , runs great above 2400 RPMs LP pumps replaced and 02 sensor cleaned last summer

    1998 Yamaha 225 OX 66 How to test charging system ?

    Hi I have a 1998 Yamaha saltwater series 225 OX 66 how do I test the charging system to see if its putting out enough voltage? I ask becuase my Batteries are going dead, and I turn my Battery switch off when the boat is not in use. Batteries are only on the 2nd season

    O2 SENSOR VERY DIRTY 1998 Yamaha 225 txrw

    1998 Yamaha 225 TXRW OX66 would run like crap low speeds and would not pull top RPM So I Pulled the spark plugs , they were very black, (motor running rich) then I pulled the o2 sensor it had a lot of carbon on it and it was oily Can it be cleaned or should it be replaced?

    1998 225 OX66 power trim issues.....

    Boat is on the trailer with motor all the way down, went outside this morning and the motor is all the way up ? (1998 Yamaha 225 OX 66) Now the power trim does not work, just hear a clicking noise will not go up or down. what caused it to go up all by itself? what do you think is wrong ...

    how to replace lower cowling

    need to replace my lower cowling on my 1998 Yamaha 225 ox 66 how do I replace it ? It looks like the power head needs to be removed how long should it take to replace thank you
