    85 Hp evinrude with full throttle no power then after about few seconds you are

    Lets see it is a 1972 85hp evinrude replaced new spark plugs correctly gaped, new plug wires, new Dist cap, new points,new fuel pump,new fuel line, rebuilt both carbs, New battery,new battery cables. to start it you have to squeeze gas bulb a few times till it gets hard,you turn it over nothing...

    HELP PLEASE 1972 evinrude 85hp outboard

    i just got done replacing brand new fuel pump also rebuilt carbs {Both} still will not start, but if you prime it by spraying a little gas/oil in carbs will fire right up if you don't prime it nothing you can sqeeze bulb till hand gets tired nothing prime it a little runs untill you shut it...

    need to know if my 1972 evinrude 85hp has a pee-hole?

    How do i know if it has a pee hole there are two holes right under the engine have not looked for water coming out did notice gas vapors in the water by the propeller also how do i check the buzzer and light to make sure it works?

    I need to know what is the mix oil to gas for this 1972 Evinrude 85hp also what kind of gear oil do i use also one other thing i have some dark oil dripping out by propeller smells like there is gas mixed with it anything to worry about or fix Thank you
