    1937 ELTO PAL starting problem

    My Pal will only run a few seconds the stop. It has 60 psi compression, the spark will jump a .090 gap and I have checked the lift on the poppet valve. I put the Pal carb on a 2 hp sportsman and the engine ran fine. I put the Sportsman carb on the Pal and I have the same no run problem. What...
