Automotive Numbers for OMC Parts

For the OMC parts that are not Marine-specific, does anyone know where I can find any crossreferences to automotive part numbers (GM, Rochester, etc.) OMC parts are becoming expensive and hard to find and I expect the identical part is sitting on a local Advance Auto/NAPA shelf but I don't know...

    OMC Cobra 4.3L Exhaust Bellows

I'm replacing the stern drive on my '87 OMC Cobra 4.3 and am replacing the exhaust bellows with a GLM bellows. Oil in U-Joint Bellows

I took off the outdrive of my '87 Cobra 4.3L last weekend. I found about half a cup of oil in the bellows. I'm not sure how this got there. One thought is that it has leaked past the rear engine seal. Any other possibilities?

Also, the upper gears look tight and in great shape...

    '69 Evinrude 85hp Neutral Solenoid

    Hello,

I'm new to this forum and to boating and have just been given an old 17' runabout with a '69 Evinrude 85hp motor (model# 85885E). It's has a Selectric shifter. I'm awaiting a reprint of the OMC manual that I won on EBay.

The motor will shift to forward and reverse...
