    1998 Volvo in an 18 foot fish ski boat

    For some reason the guy that was working in my engine some months ago got the throttle messed up. When I pull the throttle back the boat goes forward when it should go in reverse and vice versa. Any suggestions on doing this myself. Whats needed to fix this right the first time.
