I have a 1995 Evinrude 115hp (E115TLEOR) I am rebuilding. The lower crankcase head and seal assembly has several half-moon shaped holes on the upper half of the assembly near the shaft. It looks like something has worn on it or maybe the bearing overheated. Is this normal and can I reuse this...
