    Throttle cable adjustment

    I'm new to boating so bare with me. I have twin 305's and the starboard throttle needs to be pushed alot further ahead of the port one to match rpms. Is there a way to adjust the cable(s) to make them more even? The same starboard throttle feels alot more "loose" or "free" when operating them.

    After reading a lot of good threads on iBoats I started "deOxidizing" my hull today. 400, 600, 800, 1000 & 2000 wet sand then 3M marine compound 09004 and finally 3M imperial compound 06044. I didn't want to push my luck with the gel coat so you can still see some of the old stripe lines but...
