i have a 1991 48 hp johnson and went to change the lower unit oil and about a handful of water came out first then the oil came out but didnt appear to be mixed is this normal or does it need seals ive seen oil and water mixed before but was always white or brownish milky looking any info...

i have a 1991 48 hp johnson and the tilt and trim is leaking and im trying to remove the whole assembly and am having a problem removing bottom bolt i have taken the nuts off of each side and it doesnt budge
is it pressed or require a special tool ?? any help would be appreciated thnks
