Ok... my little boy toy has a tohatsu engine. His trim/tilt isn't working. The engine won't go up. He's worked on it for the past five days and still it won't work. The trim/tilt works, the engine goes down, but not up. And when he hooks it back up to the motor is just makes a clicking sound...
