I have a 1978 80 mercury with the 2 leaver control box. when i give it full gas the motor throttle only travels about 1/2 the distance it should. Can anyone tell me how I can correct this problem? Is it in the control box ? It seems as though the cable does not have enough travel in it. Not sure...
