    hallo, I am wondering if there is any device I can use to measure the actual fuel consumption? I was thinking to a device measuring flux but the diesel engine has a return circuit that makes it almost impossible. Does anybody have a fuel consumption chart for this engine? Thanks

    dp290 trimming during navigation

    After more than 100 hours navigation with my shaft34 I realized that we had to keep the trim down (-5/-6) to have the optimum speed and bow height. I am wondering if navigating for long time with trim down could have any harmuful effect on the stern drive mechanism (dp290a)...any idea about?
