I purchased a 1970 9.5hp Evinrude model 9022c recently and it wouldn't hardly run and flooded fuel out the (I think) vent hole nearly constantly while running. I ordered a kit for it and installed it with a new float. I adjusted the float to be level with the upper body flange with it inverted...
