    90hp ignition problem

    1997 Force 90hp with CD ignition. When the engine is warm, and at idle or during slow speed, the No. 3 plug will not fire. At high speed it's fine. The plug and plug cable are fine. What ignition component is the most likely culprit, based on your experience? Please advise.

    Motor Running "Cold"

    It's a 1998 Force Mercury 90HP, equipped with a new 130 degree thermostat, yet the motor head is almost cold to the touch while operating. Better cool than too hot, I suppose, but is this normal?
