I have a 97 130 HP evinrude. When I start it out of the water to flush it I noticed that water was comeing out where the lower unit mounts. Is there a seal or a gasket that needs to be replaced? Also at the same time, I did not see water comeing from the tell tale spout.<br />Is there a manual...
