    The prop wasn't damaged discerningly the gearbox took the full impact i guess. Didn't find any loose bolts anywhere thankfully.

    Can this be repaired?

    I have a 1973 Johnson 50hp that is leaking oil from a very small hole/crack on top of the engine when the motor is under load. I haven't performed a compression test yet, but if the cylinders have good compression can I ignore it? Can these kinds of cracks be repaired with bondo or something...
