i have 1993 cobalt 255 with a 454 magnum,bravo 1 drive.when i start it up out the water it does not do it.but when i touch the steering wheel it starts jumping back and forth very eraticcally.but it doesnt seem to do it while its in the water.or maybe i just cant tell.please help :eek: [LIST]
