The specs call for a Champion J4J or equivalent. I understand these have been replaced by a J4C. When I replaced the plugs last time, my local Napa auto parts man told me they had been superseded by the J6C, which are what I bought. When I checked my plugs this Spring, they were pretty fouled...
I'm considering a '97 Bayliner Jazz for $4,500. According to BUCValu, it's worth between $5,700-$6,550. NADA, however, shows $3,120-$3,510. Which is closer to the mark? Are there better sources? Thanks.
I'm considering buying a 1997 Jazz as a family runabout/skiing/tubing boat. The price is $4500. What do you all think? Are they good boats? Any known issues with them? Thanks.

Purple: Switched power source
Black: Ground
Gray: Pulse
Red: Lighting
Mine, however, has Purple, Black, Gray and BLUE wires. How do these hook up?
Thanks.

I was heading back to the ramp at WOT when I flipped on the bilge pump switch, and my motor suddenly died. It won't start and doesn't appear to have any spark. I can't imagine that turning on the bilge pump would have caused the motor to quit, but it died as soon as I flipped the switch. Do any...
