    Metal plate below swim platform - any ideas?

    Hi, we have a Birchwood 340 which has a metal plate attached below the swim platform - it appears to have been factory fitted but we have no idea of its purpose. I have attached a couple of photos any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

    Dual helm positions - is it right that both need to be switched on?

    Hi, we have recently bought a dual helm Birchwood 340AC with a flybridge and and internal helm. It seems we have to have the ignition keys in both helms switched to the 'on' position to start the boat - I cant see anything about it anywhere in the manuals - does anyone know if this is normal...
