    2003 yamaha 115 4 stroke, smokes after startup

    I have a 2003 yamaha 115 horse 4 stroke, it has around 200 hours on it. It runs great. The only thing is that I can run it all day, then shut it off and come back the next morning. When I start it in the morning it will smoke real bad. Is this normal. thanks

    Rodbolt, I have a spark plug question

    I have a 2003 yamaha 115 horse 4 stroke outboard. The plugs that are in it are ngk LFR6A-11, well one of them has a crack in the porcelain part of it, why I dont know.     2003 4 stroke yammy loosing rpm

    I have a 2003 yamaha 115 horse 4 stroke. I took it out yesterday and it is loosing rmp. it should run at 5000 rpm and it went down to 4500 and then by the time I got back it was down to 3900 rpm. Any ideas on what could be the problem. Yes it is fuel injected.

    using electronic fuel pump instead of pump bulb?

    I have a 2003 yamaha outboard 4 stroke fuel injected engine. Instead of using the little hand pump bulb, can I use an electric fuel pump. Like the kind they sell at napa stores. I think it would work fine, what do you guys think. the engine is 115 hp.

    tilting the engine down with shims, stops porpusing

    I just put a 115 horse outboard yamaha jet 4 stroke on my 16' hewes craft river runner. at first it would porpus real bad even with the engine tilted way down.
