Starting has been intermittent and then all of a sudden quit. Ohm'd stator found to be bad. Installed red stator, no help. Looking for other things to troubleshoot. Thanks in advance. Also engine runs the cdms.
I just bought a 18ft runabout with a 4.3 in it with the alpha 1 drive. I noticed the dipstick tube is connected by tee to my drain tube hooked to drain plug. I'm wondering how you can get a correct reading on the dipstick with it connected to the bottom of the pan. Thanks
