My 1995 25 hp Mariner outboard starts and runs, but won't shut off. Bought a new ignition switch, but that doesn't appear to be the problem. Ran a jump wire between the battery and magneto terminals, but still ran. Finally disconnected gas line and went to your forum. Any suggestions ?
