I have a 2006 mercury 75 hp 4 stroke, Model 1F75413FY. It starts, idles,and runs smoothly until I am running it at about 4500 rpm. I will then slow down about 300 rpm for some seconds, then resume the 4500 rpm. No cutting out or backfire. No warning signals. The oil is full. Any advise is...
