    Changed oil in lower unit on Johnson outboard.... leaks now. How do I fix?

    Changed oil in lower unit on Johnson outboard last weekend. It has a slow leak now. I changed the crush washer and am positive I threaded the bolt back in perfectly. Even used a impact screw driver by hand. What can I do now? :-( Thanks for your help!

    Does a 1995 30 HP Evinrude (E30ELE0B) have a fuel filter inside? If so, could being plugged make the engine lurch twice, alarm sound, and engine stop? How do I inspect the fuel filter if it has one to know if it needs to be replaced? Thank you.
