    Prop size question

    Got this 1984 Galaxy runabout, I'm working on. It's 19.5' with a mercruiser 140, 3.0..the prop number is 18-78120-19. Could anyone tell me if this prop is anywhere close for this boat. Was thinking a 17 pitch might be closer,but that was on my pontoon boat with same engine . Thanks

    I'm removing the rotted flooring,and all the wood and seating.can that foam be dried out? If not, can I cut it out and put new in? Not a lot under floor but stringer is rotted and will require replacement.As is one side under the jump seat area next to bilge area.Hoping replacing all this wood...

    Thanks, was afraid screws would split the ply. The wood was solid from front to middle. Then it was mush. Thought maybe dry oak would last longer if floated and glassed. But the cheapest lasting ideas is what I'm searching for. Found shift cable bellow was bad,and suspect it played a part in...

    water in oil

    hi, bought this 1990 pursuit 2650 two years ago. has a 454 330hp bravo gen vi engine in it.I never checked oil as dip stick was broke off. Haven't put it in water since I've had it. Just winterized. Ran it on muffs yesterday for maybe be thirty minutes and checked temps at risers and block etc...
