    Merc 165hp (Chevy 250 Inline 6) to Merc 2.5l 110HP (Chevy 153)

    I have a 1972 boat with a Merc 165hp straight six and I have the option to buy a 1962 Merc 110hp, chevy 153. Do you know if that's a direct bolt in? The engines look the same except for missing 2 cylinders. Thanks,
