    Just replaced starter on Volvo d4 and got a surprise when the starter engaged as soon as I turned battery switch on I thought I was careful hooking back up the right way but maybe I hooked something in wrong place? Thoughts or suggestions

    it is connected to a 703 box and when I turn the key nothing happens. I checked all the wires inside the box as well as the engine and everything looks good. I did notice a piece of the plastic casing on the neutral safety switch is missing so i'm thinking that. Is there a way to test that...
