    25 hp no spark

    Ok so I got new plugs, wires, coil packs ans I just finally got my power pack in today. Hooked it all up and it gets spark, but it's a weak spark. And after the first crank the spark dies or fades out really bad. Im out of ideas and going crazy over it. Has anybody else had this problem before???

    Hey guys. 04 Johnson 25 horse not getting spark. The top cylinder is intermittent with a weak spark and bottom has no spark. New plugs in it and I checked the wires from the coil packs. Any idea which direction to go next? Thanks!

    175 vro getting hot on port side

    Runs fine, just replaced thermostats today, but port side gets super hot to the point you can't touch it within minimin of idling while starboard takes a few minutes to warm up, and when it does I can hold my hand on it without burning myself .any ideas?
