    Oar repair?

    The row boat I recently go came with two oars whose blades were too damaged to use. I got two more oars that were both to long (I need 6’) and one was cut in half and “repaired with a length of HEAVY pipe. Can oars like this be saved, or should I just soend $100 for new ones?
