When I raise the outdrive to the trailer position everything works as it should and you can hear the pump sound change pitch (lower sound) as it hits the limits. When I lower the unit all the way the pump sound never changes even though the outdrive is all the way down.

I have a question regarding regarding what is known as the connector as shown (looks like a pipe nipple). This is what the oil filter screws onto. To remove it from the block the is a hex opening as shown in the inner part of the nipple. Does anyone know what size allen wrench fits this opening...
